Returns
* Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility
* Artwork must be in the same condition as delivered, unused, and packed securely.
* Please use the original packaging whenever possible to prevent damage.
How to Start a Return
1. Email shariconnealyart@gmail.com within 30 days with your order number and reason for return.
2. Once authorized, ship the artwork within 7 days.
3. You are responsible for return shipping costs and must use a trackable, insured service.
Refunds
* After the artwork is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method for the artwork price (excluding original shipping) within 5–10 business days.
* If the item arrives not in original condition due to inadequate packing, a reasonable deduction may apply.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
* If your art arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the item, packaging, and box.
* We’ll arrange a full refund and cover return shipping.
Local Pickup & Event Purchases
* Returns from local pickup or market events follow the same 30-day policy.
* Please either bring the piece back in person or ship it at your expense.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
Standard delivery usually takes around 10 business days. I will provide you with tracking information upon shipping.
